Yes! Every single bar of soap, tub of body butter, and laundry soap is handcrafted daily in our local Soap Makeries by our expert staff.

What kind of ingredients do you use?

We pride ourselves on using plant-based ingredients. Our products are free from harsh chemicals, detergents, and sulfates, making them gentle on your skin.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. Once your order is handcrafted and packed, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Can I return items if I am not satisfied?

We want you to love your scent! If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unused products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Do you test your products on animals?

Never. Buff City Soap is committed to being 100% cruelty-free. We only test our products on ourselves and our willing human volunteers.

How should I store my handmade soap to make it last longer?

To extend the life of your soap, we recommend keeping it in a well-drained soap dish so it can dry completely between uses.
